Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. After notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have an additional 30 days to return the product. You will then receive a refund of the full order amount, including the original shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be returned in its original condition, including any accessories and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and clearly including your order number on the package. Please also send us the tracking number once your return has been shipped.

Refunds will only be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item to ensure that it is complete and in its original condition. Once approved, your refund will be issued within 30 days.
